Truly Romantic - Paris day 3
Sunday, August 14, 2011 - 0 Comments
The last day of our trip. Although, we had plans to cover many places on this day, it turned out to be a very relaxing day.
We had a very clear itinerary and so we headed straight to Norte De Dame, an ancient church. With the comfort of Paris metro, reached the church in no time. I think it was the Good Friday and the place was crowded. We managed to get into the church and had a sneak view of the inside as we moved along. There is an option to go to the top of the monument, if you are interested.

The next place in the list was Opera house but we had no intention to go inside anyways. As soon as you get out of the metro station near the Opera, you get to see is. Nothing that we did there apart from taking a snap.
Now its time for lunch and even without second thought, went straight to La Chapalle for South Indian food. After lunch, the first place to visit was Arc de Triomphe. It was built to celebrate some victory!!! The view from the top was quite decent but it would cost you 8 euros. Warning - There is no lift to reach the top and it has around 250 steps.
